Web Traffic & Events during the Month of September 2022

1. Progress of Google Ads Advertising – In the month of September, 2022, the average cost per click was $.21, 40 cents lower than August 2022 and the lowest we have experienced since the campaign began.  There were 21,500 Impressions a marked increase over August 2022.   The total cost in September 2022 was $184, compared to August’s cost of $195.00.  The click thru’s to the website went up almost three fold, to 866 compared to 321 the month before.  In September you received far more clicks for less money! The only matrix with low results was one phone call to the office. This is only measured thru the ads, so if they clicked through to the website and then called, it would not show up on this report.

Month of September, 2022 Online Status, Changes and Communication history

September 2022, Communications were limited

September 8 – Call from Kelly Norman regarding the Website and management of same
September 11 – I responded to Kelly concerning her inquiry regarding cancellation

September 14 – Email from Kelly advising of cancellation at the end of September

September 27 – Email from Kelly regarding a request to remove employee from the web site.

September 27 – I responded the request had been addressed and would Kelly like to be added

September 28 – Kelly responded with what was needed to add her to the site

September 29 – Kelly sent over information to add her to the website and to correct a typo on Julie’s Bio

September 29 – Kelly included an office number to be added to her profile

September 29 – Kelly emailed to confirm I had received the emails

September 29 – I confirmed the emails had been received and the changes made.

September 30 – Kelly sent a slight change over for her bio.  It was addressed and confirmed back to her in email

September 30 – I sent an email to Kelly advising of the switchover on October 1st and included the login information in three separate emails for security reasons.  I advised her of her email being included in the system’s secure server updates.

Search Engine Optimization – I reviewed the Google rankings and reviewed/added Analytics for keywords.

Maintenance – All plugin updates and security enhancements were completed on the site to maintain a stable hosting platform to service visitors. I added almost 60 IP’s to the firewall

 3.   Online Traffic Reports and Breakdowns for August 2022 with the addition of Jetpack, a WordPress root plugin. 

4.      Ongoing Marketing Strategies

This is my final report to you as our services have been cancelled.

A word of caution.  This web site needs to be monitored and updated at least weekly. With no regular attention, you may experience some issues with plugins and updates required by the system.
I am removing you from my Google AdWords account.  You will need to setup a new account with Google to continue advertising with them.  This is done because of the monthly interaction I receive concerning my active accounts.  Additionally, your Google Analytics is also in my account.  If you want to continue to use it to measure your success, I will need someone with a GMail account to send the ownership to.  Same goes with you Google Business account that I monitor and keep secure.
